I'll do that--I've often seen that as a societal projection that marginalizes certain people within society. Makes me cranky, LOL.
I'm doing fantastic! Bless their hearts, the WGA went out on strike. Already, networks and producers alike are hungry for original material that isn't bound up in union red tape. I was close to a sale before... now I'm wallowing in its perfume.
Hi Kathryn
Creative Cafe is a site I have been developing which is for everything creative members can do. There is also a linked salesrooms site for people to buy and sell their creations. We are not opening until November but I am inviting some people early so we can iron out any hiccups and make the place lively. I hope you will feel like joining us and here is the link:
You asked me what I write.
Let me say what I have written: Poetry, short prose, lots of songs. Only self published. And then I am editor of the print journal "Altered I/Altared Eye" which publishes in print, primarily here in Maryland the art and writing of people with diagnosed mental health challenges. But we do feature people from other locales time to time. It is a bimonthly journal, about 24 pages usually, so larger works must be excerpts or serial.
Thanks very much for the welcome! If you want to see samples of the paintings, I have a site at www.merrymoot.com. Oh, and I'm really moving right now: my manager called to tell me my series might be picked up as early as next week!
