I only joined here yesterday as well. I was given ECT years ago. It made my tongue go black and I couldn't concentrate to read for ages afterwards. Horrible...
I will have a look at your stuff on flickr. I am usually down on Mad Planet which is for madness music and more. We are friendly and welcome new people so why not come down and join us as well.
